The Bible Tabernacle in Venice, California is designed to house
single women and women with children. We can currently house 80+
people. We provide food, clothing and shelter for our guests,
all free of charge.
We ask that you pray with us for additional housing as the need for
more room is great.
The Bible Tabernacle is a bible - centered program that
believes as the Bible says in Matthew 6:33, "But seek ye first the
Kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be
added unto you."
- Take part in a telephone interview at first contact.

Have a willingness to make life changes

Be willing to participate in all classes, services and
bible readings
- Commit to a minimum of 30 days in the ministry
- Adhere to financial management program
- Remove all body piercing, except earrings.
- Not receive general relief
- Not be on psychotropic medications
- Participate in work therapy
Wake up is at 5:30 a.m. (7:00 a.m. on Saturday)
Bible reading is from 6:00 a.m. to 7:10 a.m.
Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m.
Chores must be completed before 10:00 a.m.
Lunch is served at 12:00 p.m.
Dinner is served at 4:00 p.m.
Curfew is 6:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on Friday)
Evening class is from 6:25 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Children must be in bed by 8:30 p.m.
Lights out at 9:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. on Friday)
Wake up is at 5:30 a.m.
Bible reading is from 6:00 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.
Breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m.
Sunday School is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Bible Study is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
main service is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Lunch is served immediately after main service
Dinner is at 3:30 p.m.
Evening service is 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Lights out at 9:00 p.m.
